Location: Quinlan Court, located south of River Drive between Brady and Perry Streets in Davenport

You can run or walk.
You can participate in person or virtual. We would love to see our local friends on race day. Those not local are always welcome to participate virtually.
The race route allows for participation in a half or a full 5K. No matter what route you choose, enjoy the fall festival in Quinlan Court with live music, food and drink, children’s activities and vendors.
Costumes encouraged! We invite all participants to wear the Empower House Spooktacular Race shirt or a Halloween costume. Prize awarded for best costume.
The race will be timed. Prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd.
Go solo, or join a team! Prize awarded for largest participating team!

Join your friends, family, coworkers... anyone... and your team could win the Empower House 5K prize for largest particiapting team!

So this team thing, it’s pretty simple…..

Form a team of family, friends, coworkers, neighbors, anyone!
Register each race participant individually online. Include your Team Name in your registration.

Choose to wear a Halloween costume or race shirt if you desire. (Not required.)
Packet pick-up will be Friday night at Fleet Feet or Saturday morning at Quinlan Court.
A shout out will be given to all teams during pre-race entertainment on race day.
