Vendor Registration Deadline: Registration is due to Empower House by September 15, 2024.

Register by emailing events@empowerhouseqca.org with an inquiry.

Vendor Terms and Conditions:

Each vendor will receive a 10x18 outdoor vending space. Booth space will be marked upon arrival that day. A confirmation email will be sent with booth location prior to the event.
Each vendor may request one 8-ft. table.
Vendors also have the option of using their own set up equipment which may include one 10x10 tent, shelving, portable walls and tables.
100 percent of all vendor profits will be kept by the vendor. Empower House will not be requesting any percentage of sales or commission.
Vendors must have someone at their booth during the entirety of the show.
Vendors are responsible for all transactions and payments for their business.
Empower House is not responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of any material, supplies or product.
Setup starts at 7:30 a.m. Please be ready to open your booth by 9 a.m. Vehicles must be off loaded and removed from the event venue during the show.
No early take downs.
